  • Customer must provide proof (photo/video).
  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
  • No returns for used products or change of mind (unless specified).

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • After dispatch, cancellation is not possible.
