1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays & holidays).
- Once your order is processed, it will be shipped immediately.
2. Delivery Time
- Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days across India
- Metro cities: 4–7 days
- Other locations: 6–10 days
Note: Delivery time may vary depending on your location and courier availability.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on all prepaid orders
- Cash on Delivery (COD) may include a small additional fee (if applicable)
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/Email/WhatsApp
- You can track your order in real-time using the tracking link provided
5. Delivery Delays
Sometimes delays can happen due to:
- High order volume
- Weather conditions
- Courier or logistics issues

6. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
- Please make sure your address & phone number are correct
- If delivery fails due to wrong details, we are not responsible
- Re-shipping charges may apply
7. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- COD orders may be confirmed via call or WhatsApp before shipping
- Orders without confirmation may be cancelled
- Please ensure availability at the time of delivery
8. Multiple Shipments
- If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately
- You will receive tracking details for each shipment

- Currently, we only ship within India
