At our store, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return & refund policy carefully before placing an order.

🔁 Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • Product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • Return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • Product is unused and in original packaging

  • Order ID
  • Product photo/video proof

❌ Non-Returnable Items

We do NOT accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference (e.g. didn’t like the product)
  • Used products
  • Minor color/design variations

💸 Refunds

  • Once your return is approved, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refund will be credited to:
    • Original payment method OR
    • Bank account (for COD orders)

🚚 Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • For COD orders, refund will be processed only after product is returned and inspected
  • Customers must provide bank details for refund

🔄 Replacement Policy

  • We offer free replacement for damaged/defective products
  • No extra charges for replacement shipping

📦 Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies
  • Slight variations in product color/design may occur
