🔁 Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- Product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- Return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
- Product is unused and in original packaging

- Product photo/video proof
❌ Non-Returnable Items
We do NOT accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Personal preference (e.g. didn’t like the product)
- Used products
- Minor color/design variations
💸 Refunds
- Once your return is approved, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refund will be credited to:
- Original payment method OR
- Bank account (for COD orders)
🚚 Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- For COD orders, refund will be processed only after product is returned and inspected
- Customers must provide bank details for refund
🔄 Replacement Policy
- We offer free replacement for damaged/defective products
- No extra charges for replacement shipping
📦 Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible

- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies
- Slight variations in product color/design may occur
